Specifies protective measures to be taken by manufacturers in the design and construction of equipment and its subassemblies. This Standard is supplementary to AS 3200.1.0-1990, and is technically equivalent to and reproduced from IEC 601-1-3:1994 with the addition of an appendix which lists Australian/New Zealand requirements.
